FIND your property in THREE EASY STEPS:

Click Search, from the menu bar on the top

Use the drop down and free text filters to specify the attributes of the property you are searching for.

REMEMBER, there are two tabs on the top: a) For Sale, b) For Rent...choose the right one!

The results of your search come in two flavours:
a) List of Thumbnails, b) Points on the map.

On the map: Use the Area Selection toolbar button to automaticaly find properties in the selected area.

SELL your property in THREE EASY STEPS:

Click Sell, from the menu bar on the top

Choose your PROPERTY TYPE.

Enter your property characteristics: For Sale/ Rent or both, Short desccription, Sale Price, Rent Price, etc.

Upload your Images. If you have floor plans, upload them in the designated area.

Click on the map, to register your property`s location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The exact location of a property is shown to the public ONLY for INDIVIDUAL LISTINGS. If you are an agent, only an approximate location will be shown. ADDITIONALLY, when an individual listing is close to an existing agent listing, then that agent is notified. Individuals are not allowed to submit properties already listed with PROPERSTOP Agents!
